Activation lock

I recently bought a storage unit and acquired a few iPhones 4’s and 5’s, iPad Air, ipad 2, and a few iPods, iPad touches. However the iPad Air and a couple iPhone 4s a iPod touches are on activation lock requiring previous owner info. I have no idea who owned the storage unit seeing as the storage facility doesn’t release their contact information. Is there anything I can do to surpass this requirement from Apple device?
