Right now it's the battery replacement program that creating unprecedented demand for appointments. However, if you can make it to a store, they have a longer window of availability - two weeks as opposed to the one week that's available online. Just ask who is the point person. Should be carrying an iPad Mini and possibly have a line of people waiting to check-in for their appointments.
