Could not login to my App Store in my MAC with my own correct aID and password

the system in my Mac App Store keep saying my ID or password is incorrect while it’s totally correct I could use it to log into iCloud on the browser. Also when I tried to log into the App Store in my Mac, my iPhone says the device is in another place trying to login which is thounds of miles from where I am

Mac doesn't accept Apple ID but on Iphone it does I can log into the app store on my phone and Ipad with my account. I can even log in on this website with the same information. But I cannot get my Mac to accept my Apple ID and password after I changed my password. I have signed out and tried to log back in and get an unknown error occurred. i cannot use my apple id and password on my macbook air app store I am trying to enter on my App Store in my macbook air and it replies that my apple id or password are incorrect. However this is not true, because I changed it and I am using my info on my iphone (app store included). Please HELP, I don't know how to solve this. I have changed my password 2 times already.
