Calendar displays wrong date on dock

macOS 10.13.3 appears to display the previous date, rather than the current date. When I bring up the calendar the correct day is "selected", only displays the previous date on the dock. The system time is correct.

Any thoughts?

OS X 10.8.5 calendar on dock sync problem Hi all,I just did a clean reinstall of Mountain Lion, 10.8.5. The reason I did it is because the calendar on the dock either takes about 35 seconds to sync and show the correct date after startup, or is stuck on July 17 sometimes otherwise, and I have to restart. Last night, I did the reinstall, and from booting it last night, it showed the correct date in 3 seconds from startup. I thought my problem was finished, but from turning it on today it is back to waiting about 35 seconds to display the current date. I am using a 2012 13 inch Macbook Pro, with 16gb of ram. I have also tried clearing the calendar caches, but with no luck. Is this just normal, since it's kind of an old machine? On other machines I've used the date comes up almost immediately. Please help!!!Thank you!

Why is the month displayed as MO2 instead of FEB on my Mac Menu Bar? How do i change it to FEB? Also, why is the time in 24-hr format when 24-hour clock is not checked in the Clock settings under Dock & Menu Bar preferences?
