Family Sharing - No longer have access to Organizer Account

Recently, I was locked out of my Apple ID and lost my recovery key and had to set up a brand new Apple ID. However, my child's account/phone is still linked via FAMILY SHARING to the (Organizer) account to which I no longer have access.

Is there any way to disconnect my child account from the (old) family sharing account and reconnect it with my new ID? I have no way to log into my old organizer account and turn family sharing off.

Any advice is appreciated!
