Unpaired Apple Watch Series 3 but can't pair again because it is locked.

My Apple watch was not connecting to my iPhone, so I went to the app on my phone and unpaired them. Now I can't get the screen on the watch to allow me to pair again with my phone and I can't do anything on the watch because it is locked. Any ideas?
