Not Even Recovery Mode Works! Apple Logo Loop. HELP!

Major problems! And I have Restorded it 3 times by the recovery mode.

I don't know what else to do, these are things that are happening with my IPhone 7 Plus, 128gb.

1. The Apple Logo loop.

2. I Cant make calls, if I try it gets frozen and i cant hear nothing. I have to use every time Bluetooth headphones and that way I can hear and it doesnt get frozen.

3. The Camara. I Cant take a video more than 2 seconds, each time I try it stops recording, if i go to photo and try taking one i does something with the lens that it doesnt focus but its not problem of the lens, its the software.

Ive Restoreded it 3 times and going to keep trying.

And every time I ran out of battery I luck that makes it go on. Trying to make it start, plugging and unplugging.

I really need my phone to work, someone help me!

Is it the battery?

I bought it, I've have taken vary good care of it.
