iMac only starts on recovery mode

I was doing this Re: Minecraft stopped working well on High Sierra

which links to a previous thread or more.

I tried restarting on safe mode but it wouldnt work, I reset PRAM and PRAT and it-s letting me in on recovery mode but I really don-t know what to do right now, I-ve been through too much lately. More on that in the threads, I just hope someone can tell me how to turn this back on on regular mode.

P.S. Im rasamalai, using my kid-s account, it-s the only one I remember the pwd for.

Can't enter recovery Mode on Imac 27 late 2015 Big Sur I am trying to erase my previous Imac before selling. It is a Imac 27" 5k Late 2015 running Big Sur. It looks like I am unable getting in recovery Mode, which is needed to erase the Disk. I've found others with the same problem but no solution. tried: CMD - ALT - R CMD - R CMD - ALT - R - P while booting, other ideas?

Does a Late 2009 iMac 21.5" have a Recovery Mode on the hard disk? Does a Late 2009 iMac 21.5" have a Recovery Mode on the hard disk? All the online info shows a procedure to restart with Command + R to enter Recovery Mode. When I so this, computer starts as usual.
