Well easy busy,

i used to have the same problem, but that's why nobody reply on the other post. So, I will left here why it happened.

Because you are using a @company.domain email, and you should use some personal email domains like; @gmail @hotmail @aol @me @mac @mobileme @yahoo @walla etc
