Malicious emails

Hi everyone, how are you, I would like to know how can I know when a email that sends me the Apple ID is malicious or not? The email that they sent me says that it comes from Apple ID but when I touched it, this address appears: afuxdangpmncszm@irwnsvcec.mvo

Questionable emails I am continually receiving emails stating that my Apple ID account has been locked. I suspect that these emails are not from Apple. Additionally, my account does not appear to be Locked. In these emails there is a link that supposedly takes me to some sort of sign in page. I have not used the link. I am getting these emails almost daily and sometimes two a day. First... Are they in fact bogus? Second ... What can I do about them, if anything?
