Disabled apple id and no security questions

I have created an apple id like a year or 2years ago and then i really didnt care about security questions an that stuff so i went quickly through them. However,i memorized the password like my name and i know it right know but the my dad entered the password incorrectly too many times. now i know the password and email but no security questions and my apple id is disabled . To prove that the apple id is mine i even have the gift cards that i bought and entered the code into it.

If you can't re-enable it yourself : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it (and reset the its security questions) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

To prove that the apple id is mine i even have the gift cards that i bought and entered the code into it.

That is unlikely to be taken as proof that the account is yours, it's only proof that you redeemed those gift cards onto the account.
