You either erase your device with recovery mode to remove the passcode, or use iTunes to back up then remove your passcode, and restore from that backup.

No offense obviously, but we've all seen this before. Even if the OP did restore his phone, and set it up as "new" it would still be there.
It's like the uninvited houseguest you can't get rid of, drinks your beer and eats your food. Lol.
Wrong. OP needs to contact Sprint to unlock the phone and to see if they qualify. This is a SIM-Locked phone, which is so far different from what you posted.
