Error When Sending Password Reset

Hello,

I was trying to update my password but was very anoying. In different times, with different browsers, in all cases when I try to reset my password with the email option and the security questions, every time I always receive an error.

I don't have any other option? I live in Peru and I don't have the call option. Do I have any other option?

Someone else which always having problem with their password? Always get message that it`s wrong, no matter if it`s in to my count or to download something. I`m sure I write the right password, cause I had wrote it down, but almost always I get the answers that it it wrong, no matter if I change it and try it immediately, waiting a few minutes or until the day after. Apple Error I’m getting a 1035 error when I try to setup my voicemail. The error directs me to com.Apple.mobile-phoneerror1035 which tells me to go to >Settings >Keyboard>1 then hold the number 1 key down another suggestion was to click airplane mode off and on another says my IMEI number is wrong…old like to start with that how do I find out how to very my IMEI number?
