Question: all my apps is in I cloud and I cannot use it

Since two days ago all my apps has the I cloud icon attached to it and it’s not usable, if I try loading it, it says waiting or loading and it just stays.

I looks like update has not finished for these apps did you try the basic troubleshooting like restarting your app and reconnecting to a stable wifi network?


To restart the device: Hold the power button until "Slide to power off" appears, Slide to power off then press the power button to turn it back on.


To reset Network connection: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Reconnect to your wifi again and check how download goes.
