How to get rid of unwanted pending purchases from iTunes
It said I tried to download music Which I didn’t. I can’t even download free apps because of it.

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will cancel it as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
