I go to System Preferences. I go to Security and Privacy. I unlock the lock with my password. I click advanced and the "Disable Remote Control Infared Receiver" doesn't even come up as an option. I think I'm being hacked hardcore. Any help would be appreciated.

Firstly: what hardware do you have? I ask because some Apple hardware did not come with an IR receiver. Could explain why you don't see the option? Secondly: what makes you think you're being hacked? Lastly: this forum is for Apple Remote Desktop Admin & Client. The client bit of ARD is part of the OS and is enabled in the Sharing Preferences pane. The Admin part is purchased from the App Store and if you haven't purchased it then you don't have it. In which case what is your question that relates to ARD itself?
