Hi everyone,


I am new into using MAC OS. I've used for a while an iMAC from the office but it got slower and slower so we decided to reinstall the MAC OS. I've seen that it prompts for an Apple ID so I've created one; everything good so far. But when I've tried to reinstall the MAC OS my apple ID doesn't not work. I got logged-in into iCloud from system preferences but for iTunes and App Store it simply doesn't work. All the details are completed into my profile, even the credit card details but it seems impossible to get over that 'please review your account' - because it doesn't say WHAT should I review.


Do you have any suggestions/ideas, to make it work?

Any idea would be highly appreciated.

Normally, that is a request to review your billing information. If you still can't resolve the problem, contact iTunes Support.
