I have just bought Kogan SIM card for my iPhone 4 but even after activation I am getting the below message. Please help

the iphone is likely sim locked to another carrier they need to unlock it before other sims then theirs can be used

Whoever has the carrier lock on your phone, you need to contact them. It's clearly spelled out in that screen.
