Возврат средств
Здравствуйте, я уже обращалась к вам по этому вопросу. (к сожалению номер обращения не могу найти) сказали, что деньги за приложение вернут в течении месяца, но прошло более 3-х месяцев, но средств так и не поступило.

There isn't anything we can do, we are fellow users and these are user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple. If you contacted iTunes Support and they said that they would refund you and if they have't done so, contact them again, including your original case number
