Schedule Outlook Autoreplies with Automator

In Automator (2.8) I can see that there's an action 'Reply to Outlook Messages'. Does anybody know if it's possible to schedule this to happen automatically, based on time of day and day of the week?

I have a client who has asked whether they can set up automatic replies outside of business hours e.g. after Monday to Friday 5pm - 8:30am and also over weekends. I know I can manage this in Outlook for Windows with rules and automatic replies, but that functionality doesn't exist with the Mac Outlook 2016.

I've not located any useful examples as yet and am not experienced with Automator. If there are any suggestions at all how this might be achieved, they'd be gratefully received.
