My this apple account login in one other iphone he open the find my iphone app on our phn and select my iphone and by mistake he touches on the lost my iphone option and erase my iphone then my iphone locked by icloud id and i was put correct apple id and password but it is not unlocked then what can i do

If you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
My father purchase this iphone 6 in canada and send to me to india then the box of iphone get out on airport by the airport security so i did not have any information about this iphone i was only know the id and password of this iphone`icloud
Do you, or your father, not have the phone's receipt ? If not he could try contacting the store that he bought it from and see if they will issue a duplicate
I know my apple icloud id but it show that this apple id cannot be used to unlock this iphone ??????
