Iphone X keeps refreshing

My iPhone X keeps jumping back to the top of the screen in every app. When it refreshes the keyboard also doesn't respond anymore. I updated, restored done everything, but it keeps happening. Is this a side effect of the last update. I can take calls anymore, app or whatever because it keeps refreshing over and over. #nightmare
