How can I fix my GPS on my IPhone 6s?

My iPhone 6s has been reset twice. I’ve reset privacy/location services. I’ve taken SIM card out and yet I’m still having bad GPS. My phone has no idea where I’m at and gets me lost on a daily basis. I’m running IOS 11.2.6. This has been happening since IOS 11.2.
