I have paid for a download of Agatha Raisin full series and have received the invoice but no download
If you've tried rebooting the computer and are still having problems opening iTunes try posting in the relevant forum on here (iTunes For Mac or iTunes For PC) giving full details (e.g. OS version, and iTunes version if you know ; any error messages that you are getting l what you've tried)
Have you gone to where I've said to look i.e. Account > Purchased menu option ?
The purchase went through successfully, it shows on your purchase history ? Does it not show in the Purchased (e.g. Account > Purchased menu option if using a computer's iTunes) for downloading ?

I have had a look on to my account it is showing the invoice Ive look at available downloads and I have looked at my library on iTunes but its not showing
your not going to believe this but my iTunes will not open
yes Ive up dated iTunes and seems to be working now
