Charged for a free trial

I downloaded “manly” photo editing app they then took 31.99 GBP straight out my account for me attempting to “start free trial” I would like my subscription to be cancelled and money to be refunded, can someone help me please, thanks for you time

To cancel the subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

In terms of being charged, it shows as a purchase on your iTunes account, it's not just : About payment card authorisation holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? If it does show as a purchase : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
