Unintended Mute Mode

people randomly stop hearing me on my iphone x. i can still hear them but they cannot hear me. happens with bluetooth, speaker phone and standard talk mode. i have to hang up to get out of this unintended "mute" mode. help

Iphone 11pro on permanent mute. Pls note, NOT silent, mute Hi there I have an Iphone 11pro and noone can hear me when I call them or they call me. I can hear them perfecvtly. Any tips or advice out there? Thank you for your help
