Digital Booklets greyed out won't download! Why?

here's a list of snaphots I took to proove iTunes Store (Italy, in this case) has records in which the Digital Booklet is listed in, but is greyed out.

I tried to buy one of them, and the Digital Booklet won't download.

Why is that? Why list it in the first place if that's not available for download? Is there something I can do to get the booklet I'm looking for?
