Can I uninstall the latest OS update?

Can I uninstall the latest OS update? The program that I primarily use my MAC for has not been updated for 10.13.3, and it will no longer work. It worked prior to this. Is it possible to revert back to the previous OS?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

To revert to a previous OS, you can use your Time Machine backup:

If you don't have a TM backup, you'll need to wipe your hard drive and use Internet Recovery (Shift-Option-Command-R) to reinstall the original OS your Mac shipped with and then upgrade from there.
