Books are not available to read offline on iBooks

Why can’t I keep my books availa to read offline on iBooks?

Every time I want to read, I need to redownload the books from cloud. I was just close the iBooks app for a few minutes to reply an email/message, when I reopen the app I need to downl it again.

This is super annoying since I might not have the internet access all the time to keep downloading something that I have just downloaded few minutes ago. I hope Apple support team can help to have a look at this seriously as this happen for a very long time and there still no fix or answer from Apple team.

Thanks!

We are fellow users and these are user forums, you're not talking to Apple on here. You've tried the basic troubleshooting e.g. logging out and back in, closing the iBooks app via the device's taskbar, deleting and redownloading the app depending upon the device's iOS version ? If you think that there is a bug : https://www.apple.com/feedback/ibooks_ios.html
