I think I have been hacked, 2 days ago someone in France tried to use my account so I changed all passwords and now I am asked for a code for restrictions on my iPhone X which I never installed can anyone help please !
i tried backing up but you guessed it I need the restrictions code!

Do you really mean parental restricitons?

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - http://support.apple.com/HT204306 - You can restore from a backup but that backup has to date from before you set the restrictions password.
