Authorizing devices

When I try to authorize my new HP laptop with itunes, I get a message that 5 are already authorized but I have removed two. Plus, when I go into my account online my laptop shows up as one of the devices but I can't purchase songs.

You may want to try deauthorizing all devices and then authorizing the ones still in use: Deauthorize your computer using iTunes - Apple Support

Playing new music vs authorization New music downloaded but will not play it ask for authorization of the computer, once authorize it says computer is already authorize, but try to play it again and it asks same question that the computer needs to be authorize?
