How can I order from Apple store and send to other country?

I live in the Netherlands and my boyfriend lives in South Korea. I would like to surprise him with an apple product for his birthday. I tried to order something and using his adress, but I can only choose an adress located in my own country. Is there a way i can let it ship to South Korea instead of to the Netherlands?
