I keep getting below message when I try to sign in to FaceTime
‘A verified e mail address is required to sign in to FaceTime ‘
What shall I do to rectify this please?
Obvious question, have you registered and verified the email address you’re using as a valid AppleID?

HI yes I verified my e mail address as a valid Apple ID. Still unable to use facetime on the iPad. Can use I message but not FaceTime.
