Mac Mini color issues after lock

Hey folks,

so I have a Problem, when I relog into my Mac (after locking it) sometimes my two displays go yellow, the color ius just wrong, like when a VGA Cable is not plugged in all the way. When I turn the displays off and on again its fixed. I just dont know why this keeps happening and how I can fix it.

Btw, my exact gear:

Mac Mini (Late 2014)

HP27GS Displays (one connected via HDMI and one connected via DP Mini to HDMI)

Hope someone can help me, because it's really annoying!
