log out of iPhone 5 remotely

Hi,

I've had to return a faulty secondhand iPhone 5 to the seller.

However, he is unable to access the phone because it seems to be locked to my Apple ID.

When I log into my Apple account on my laptop I can see the iPhone I returned and it shows as one of the devices I am signed into.

Can I log out of Apple on the iPhone 5 remotely (from my laptop) and allow the other person to access the iPhone?

Thanks for any advice.
