Nobody on here has taken any money off your card, you know that we are just fellow users and that these are user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you checked your account's purchase history (and family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?
If it shows there but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account and/or devices/computers and did it, then change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If they don't show on your account(s) (and if they aren't : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact the card issuer
