What specifically are you doing when you do NOT see Morocco?


Apple has Moroccan website > Apple (Maroc) - so it should be available in other "choices"


If it is not - for certain - you can report the issue in two ways

  1. Contact Us - Website Feedback - Apple
  2. Product Feedback - Apple - pick the device that you are using to get started

when setting up Icloud on Iphone (or ipad, Imac, makbook etc...) you get to a point when you need to enter your country or region, the list from which you're required to choose your country does not have Morocco on it, and that's a problem because you cannot enter your shipping or billing address which makes it impossible to purchase anything from Itunes or app store.

I am guessing you mean a "menu-like" list? (click/tap to reveal a list, likely will a scroll bar if on a computer)

iCloud setup OR iTUNES setup?


(I am getting an unknown error attempting to look at iTunes account, so I can't get a mental picture)


If I were you, I would Contact Apple Support (Morocco) and choose [iTunes Store] big button

thanks for your replies. Let me give you the full story, I just bought an Iphone for my daughter and instead of having her use my own apple Id to download apps on her new Iphone, I created an apple ID for her which I then set up on her phone, so when she tried to download youtube app from the app store she was redirected to review her account info and add her billing and shipping address, but that was impossible because the country where we live is Morocco and it is not on the list that Itunes/App store configuration open up (menu-like). I sent a note to apple on their product feedback website, but it says that they cannot answer individual queries even though they'll give it due attention.

Try BOTH - either will likely take a while for Apple to respond

  1. Contact Apple Support (Morocco) and choose [iTunes Store] big button
  2. iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support <(WorldWide)

this should result in Apple contacting you somehow


#1 MAY end up with a way to actually "talk" to someone (perhaps chat?) that can look into the backend issue
