No. There are no known viruses that can affect iOS devices such as iPhone that have not been jailbroken, nor are there any Anti-virus Apps that would do anything remotely useful on an iPhone.
iOS is a closed system, so no App has access to the system area, nor other Apps sandboxed areas to do anything. Viruses can't be installed, and AntiVirus software can't actually scan anything outside their own app file area, which renders them pointless.
