Not able to log into an app

How do I go about getting in contact with the app company? I have left several messages on social media and emails they have listed on their website. No one has gotten back to me. By any chance do you have a contact number?

How could anyone possibly have a number if you don't even tell us what app? Also remember, the people responding here are just other users like you, not Apple.
