Apple Music keeps deleting uploaded content

I have discs I purchased from Penton Overseas on learning Italian that I ripped at 128kbps. I made playlists of these discs and pre-Apple Music was able to connect devices to my Mac and download the playlists completely to them.

I then recently joined Apple Music with a family account. I uploaded my entire library of 12,000+ pieces, including these. Some songs in my library couldn't be uploaded because they were duplicates or they were of low quality (note that this was NOT the case with the Penton pieces). The Penton pieces and playlists loaded originally without a problem. Not all the Penton content was matched -- some was and some had to be uploaded.

Several times now, SOME of the Penton content gets deleted from the cloud and erased from the playlists. I have shared these playlists with a member of the family and they keep getting deleted from her shared family account. I look in iTunes and I see that the pieces are no longer in the cloud and have been deleted from the playlists.

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON????? Why is APPLE MUSIC deleting these "songs"??? MOST FRUSTRATING APPLE. Also, VERY FRUSTRATING THAT APPLE DOESN'T HAVE A SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER TO GET HELP.

I would very much appreciate hearing from folks how I can get this fixed. Thanks!
