Limit ad tracking does not block ads. It prevents one website from telling a different website what searches you have viewed. So, for example, if you do a search for a medical condition, tap on a link, then go to a different site, you will see ads for a treatment for that condition. If this is OK with you then turn off limit ad tracking. No legitimate site uses ad tracking, so the site where you saw this message is probably one that you shouldn't be visiting if you care about your privacy.
