Warranty coverage
I know that with AppleCare you can only have 2 claims for the life of the coverage, but what about warranty claims? If you've already used up your incidents with damages, but no you have a warranty issue will it be covered?

Yes. The limit of 2 applies to accidental damage but there is not a limit on the number of extended warranty coverage claims. See: AppleCare+ - iPhone - Apple
