Why does every time I try to login to FaceTime or Message in my iPod it always says 'an error occurred during activation. try again" and I already check date & time, also the wifi

iPod touch, iOS 11.2.6

Hi

Delete Facetime then add back again.

Go to settings down to second phone icon click that next page top of page Check your mobile phone number is correct.
