I got a new phone today at the AT&T store and when they transferred my Photos apps contacts etc. my apps that got transferred will not download all the way. They are stuck at 49% it looks like . What can I do ?

apps are stuck on "waiting" after new phone transfer (8=>13) Apps are stuck on "waiting" after transfer. "Prioritize download" does not work.
