Apple ID not logging into facetime or messages

So randomly, my apple id was logged out of my messages and facetime on my macbook air. Every time i try logging back in, it just says that an error has occurred. So i tried logging onto facetime and messages from a different mac, and it still didn't work. On my iphone, messages and facetime work, but only because its through my phone number. IDK WHAT TO DO. Someone help me!

I am unable to log into FaceTime or Messages on my iPad or Mac (both work fine on my iPhone). I don't get past Apple ID login on either of these devices. For messages, it tells me that I have a wrong username/password, and FaceTime says "This account has no reachable addresses, and to login to the AppleID site to fix it (I've already verified I have this information in there). I've disconnected and reconnected to these services on iCloud multiple times with no luck... Any suggestions?

CANT LOGIN TO FACETIME AND MESSAGES ON MACBOOK PRO Hello, I am writing because I can not, and never could, login into FaceTime and Messages on my MacBook Pro. It is a MacBook Pro and I’ve had it for about 2,5 years. Everything works just fine except for this. I can and AM logged in to every apple pre-stalled app like Keynote, Notes, Music, Podcast… I got in without problems, so I have no idea what is the issue with not being able to login to FaceTime and Messages. I also have an iPhone 7Plus where I can not sign in with my Apple ID to either FaceTime or Messages because it says again, that an error occurred during activation. Please tell me what's the problem and what should I do as soon as possible. Thank you.

unable to sign in to facetime or messages on macbook Hi All, I am unable to sign in to my facetime and messages on my macbook using the same apple Id/icloud Id as my iphone. I provide my credentials > click next > shows the cancel button and spinner > asks for credentials without showing any error message on screen. Same outcome for both (facetime and messages). I have tried changing my password and all the steps mentioned in -> https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204408 Even the NVRAM Step. Any idea how to reset the apps completely (remove saved data/credentials/history)? If more information is needed can you let me know how to provide. Thanks.
