If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - http://support.apple.com/HT204306

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - https://support.apple.com/HT201263 - You can put your iOS device into recovery mode, then restore it using iTunes.

I removed the SIM card and then held down the lock and home button until the iPhone restarts and you should see support.apple.com/phonerestore. You then connect to iTunes on computer and it will ask you to update and restore. Sorry to say your phone will be wiped but all you have to do is install the SIM card and download the backup file on iCloud. I hope this helps!! I added the picture you should get after you remove the SIM card.
