Please my name is Kay and am from Ghana. Am using iphone 5s and i cant use icloud on the phone and at same time i cant update my iOS too. Why is this happening?
How can i use icloud and update my iOS on iphone 5s?

There are two ways to update your 5S.
Either using a computer and iTunes or wirelessly using iCloud > Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
