Apple Watch microphone not working

The microphone on my watch has stopped working. Software up to date on phone and watch. Hard reset done frequently, unpaired and repaired - done it all..

Raise to wake then say hey Siri, nothing happens. Press the crown and siri attempts to respond, but then screen says "sorry could you say that again"

Any ideas?
