How to get past iTunes movies and songs to show up

I recently bought a new computer but not all of my music and movies that I purchased and downloaded are showing up. I also can't find them if I put it in the search bar. How can I get these past purchases to show back up? It's not cool to spend money on something you want to find that it's not there. It will show up on my iPhone just not my laptop.

iTunes Movie Downloads I have a bunch of movies downloaded in my iTunes library that is stored on my NAS. I needed to restore my computer and reload windows, so I opted for a clean install. Upon redownloading iTunes and pointing the library to the correct location, it shows everything I have purchased. However, it now shows that all of my movies have not been downloaded, which they have. See attached screenshot. The little blue cloud download button is next to every movie, but I know they have all been downloaded. I ran across this same issue years ago but cannot remember how to tell iTunes they have already been downloaded. Any help would be appreciated so on my next purchases, I know which ones still need to be downloaded. Re downloading every movie is not really an option at this point considering there is over 10TB of downloads. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Lost uploaded music I had loads of CDs uploaded to iTunes on an iPad. I synced these to a laptop, and then to a new iPad. The old iPad has been cleaned of all data. Unfortunately, the new iPad now only has half a dozen albums that I purchased from iTunes store, and all the uploaded music has disappeared. The laptop seems to have no library at all. Any ideas if there is any way I can get these back? Short of uploading them all again - there were many, it would take forever.
