force quit

I inserted a "cyberlink app" dvd into my IMac external LG drive box., and, need to "force quit" it because it will not eject by putting it into the trash.

Eject External Disc - Finder I can not eject the external disc. It said using by other programs. After three times trying to close and get the same warning, it said you have to close Finder first because they are using some of your files from the disc. The thing is I can not quit Finder although use Force Quit. Can I just unplugged the disc without eject? How to close Finder?
